Alon is the CEO of RedDress.
Prior to co- founding RedDress, Alon led regulatory QA and medical affairs at Deep Breeze Ltd. for 9 years and Circ MedTech for 7 years. In these roles, he successfully led companies through FDA clearance, CE mark, KFDA, WHO prequalification and over 40 worldwide clinical studies in Europe, USA, Asia and Africa. He was responsible for global implementation of reimbursement programs and strategic design of medical business development programs. In addition, he was involved in contracting global strategic partners such as GE Healthcare. Alon holds a B.Sc.
Dr. Igal Kushnir is responsible for product development and clinical affairs.
Dr. Kushnir holds several medical device patents. Previously, he served as Founder and CEO of MTRE Advanced Technologies for 5 years, where he invented a body thermoregulation device. He invented a non-invasive functional imaging device of body organs such as the lungs and heart for Deep Breeze Ltd., of which he was the Founder and CEO for 7 years. Dr. Kushnir has vast experience as a family physician specializing in Pediatrics and continues to work in a private clinical practice for the past 30 years. For 10 years, he held the position of chief physician and medical manager for a hospital for chronically ill patients. Dr. Kushnir graduated cum laude from Tel Aviv University and holds a Medical Degree specializing in Pediatrics.
Russell is responsible for business development, strategic planning and investor relations.
Before joining RedDress, Russell served as Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at Laborie Medical Technologies, a leading global manufacturer of innovative medical technologies in the Gastroenterology, Urology, Gynecology, and Colorectal fields. In a prior role, Russell served as the Chief Operating Officer and founding partner of T-DOC® Company, LLC, whose air-charged family of urodynamic catheters became the market leader in the field of Urologic diagnostic products. His career at PepsiCo Inc. spans 23 years, where he served in a variety of Operational, Supply Chain and General Management roles including significant international experience. Russell holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA.
Robert is responsible for overall commercial, operational, and financial management.
Robert previously served as Vice President of Global Operations at LABORIE Medical Technologies where he managed all aspects of global operations including manufacturing, supply chain, customer service, technical support and IT. He provided leadership and direction to accelerate growth through focused strategy development and disciplined execution. Prior to joining LABORIE, Robert served as Managing Director of T-DOC® Company, LLC, a leading manufacturer of urology, urogynecology, and anorectal manometry diagnostic products. Robert previously held roles with Anheuser-Bush InBev. He holds an undergraduate degree in Finance and an MBA from Auburn University.
Prior to joining RedDress, Mr. Ross was a Director of PepsiCo Global Procurement where he managed up to $1 billion of annual packaging and ingredient spend over 12‑years. Prior to PepsiCo, Mr. Ross was VP Finance for Dispensing Containers Corporation, a packaging start-up where he negotiated transactions including $40MM debt and equity financing. He began his career with JP Morgan Chase in a variety of roles in lending, investment banking advisory and private equity. Mr. Ross holds a BS from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA with Distinction from the Kellogg School of Management.
Dr. Thomas Serena is internationally recognized as an expert in the field of wound healing. He’s the Founder and Medical Director of the SerenaGroup®, has been the lead or principal investigator in over 100 clinical trials, has more than 200 published papers has given more than 1,000 invited lectures throughout the world.
Dr. Robert Snyder is a Professor and Director of Clinical Research at Barry University SPM. Prior to that, he served as Immediate-Past President of the Association for the Advancement of Wound Care (AAWC). In addition to his doctorate, he holds an MSc in Wound Healing and Tissue Science from Cardiff University.
Dr. Naz Wahab is an undersea and hyperbaric medicine specialist in Las Vegas, NV and has been practicing for 17 years. She serves as the Medical Director for the Mountain View Outpatient Wound Care and Hyperbaric Center and Medical Director of Inpatient Wound Care for Dignity Health Care Hospitals.
